A modern manufacturing facility, featuring state-of-the-art equipment:
*1 LZ2000 stringer and 1 GBN block computerized nailing machines, 2 Woodpecker pneumatic nailing machines giving us the capability to produce 4000 to 5000 pallets per 9 hour shift.
In May 2023, installed new Little Buddy mat machine to increase our efficiency and quality of all block pallet mats.
In January 2025, installed new Woodpecker nailing machine to continue efficiency and quality of stringer pallets
*5 lumber processing lines incorporating 4 multi-saw trim saws, 4 gang saws, 2 stringer notchers,
and a variety of other related equipment.
